I am sitting in the Sheraton in St. John's, Newfoundland. I arrived here last night for the CCME (Canadian Conference on Medical Education). I arrived at 4 am so I am still a bit tired. It's a LONG trip all the way out here on the furthest East coast from the island off the West coast.
I walked around a little bit today and this is an adorable city.

It was pretty cold today when I was walking around - I thought Victoria was windy!
