    It was unbelivable. I never thought something like that could happen in a city like Buenos Aires. I guess I was wrong. And this did not happen only in the poorest neighborhoods, it happened in Palermo and Belgrano, which are the most fashion ones. Everybody is complaining to the governor Macri saying that he has done nothing to stop this from happening. I don´t really know, but what I do know, is that thousands of homes had no electricity service for more than 2 days. I am renting an apartment in buenos aires and I can´t believe what I am seeing.
    I hope this will get better as the days go by.
